Pineapple šŸ Syrup

Homemade: from sweet fruit to a syrup.

This syrup is great for hot or cold drinks. A light syrup for pastry or a fluffy bread. A morning hot cereal for flavor or drizzle in your tea. For baking recipes or a glaze for meat. You can make something out of nothing in just a wink.

Pineapple Rind: all part including the core.

1 1/2 cup of water and cooked on medium temperature. Cook down for 15 minutes till’s softened. Use smasher to press down on the product to release juices from rind.

Sugar: 3 cups

Lime: 1 TBS

Add sugar and lime. Cook for 15 minutes and slow stir/ watch as bubbles will rise.

Check for thickness with a spoon as it cools. Once check, use a strainer to keep bits and peace’s from you syrup.

Bottle or jar products and done.
