Not only are these fruits, delectable and sweet from their natural flavors and enhanced with sugar. Products used in some of these jams or jellies in order to create its form is pectin. The fruit butters are also formed with lemon or lime to help it thicken its flavor.

When we talk about sweet, we also talk about heat. This is a fruit that’s also delectable in flavor. Apricot is a popular fruit when you mix with a hot honey. Great for a charcuterie board with cheese and crackers. This is also great for baguette or if your tongue is tingling for something sweet and hot on a warm pastry bread. 

Quince fruit is known for being a half apple and half pear combined. A crisp flavor with a slight gritty flavor from what would be considered part of a pair. Although when cooked down, it smells like apple pie fresh out of the oven. Quince fruit has been used in multiple ways. From a paste to a syrup to a jam. This quince butter is a delectable sweet flavored and a great spread on a delicious pastry, bread, or topped on hot cereal.

This is one of the mini fruit brothers with a smooth, thick layer and a delicious flavor. This fruit better has spices of cinnamon and sugar, all spice and a hint of nutmeg. Great for hot cereal 🥣 , spread on your favorite breading, or breakfast pastry.
