
Crab 🦀 Puff:
Depending on the amount you want to make or require is how much you need.
Cream Cheese
Green Onions
Red Onion
Imitation crab
Pepper/ Salt /Herb Seasoning
Wong Tong Wrappers

Vegetable Oil
Egg Wash
Hand mixer or by hand for all your products. 
Shred the imitation crab, then add your seasoning and onions.
Based on the amount of product you are using is based upon how much cream cheese and vegetables you using. 
Take a teaspoon of the mix and pointed to the corner of the long tongue wrapper. Take and sprayed lightly egg yolk wash around the room and folded clothes. Press lightly around the rim to seal the product.
Pop the wonton wrappers to ensure they’re solid into you the freezer for storage and a baking sheet tray and then placed in a Ziploc bag.
If cooking immediately, fresh placed into the refrigerator, till time to cook. 

Cooking with vegetable oil brings lots of flavor especially when it comes to seafood. Make sure you temperature is ready and check the product as it starts to turn golden brown and removed. Sprinkle with a touch of salt for flavor and your favorite sauce to top it off.
