Cauliflower Biscuit & cucumber Spinach Dip 

In mid afternoon snack with piping hot tea to warm your delectable bite. Cauliflower and mozzarella cheese to our crispy tangy bite, topped with a tantalizingly delicious smooth, cucumber, and spinach dip. It is something to settle back with something ware and refreshing.

Cucumber Spinach Dip

1 cucumber (Med-Lg) Peel the skin and chop up in pieces .

1cup of spinach

1/4 cup white onion

1/4 leek

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic

1/2 teaspoons smoke paprika

Pinch of dry basil

1 tablespoon of mayo

Take and blind all product together till smooth.

Cauliflower Biscuit

1egg

1 lbs frozen/ fresh cauliflower

3 cups of flour

1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

1 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoons pepper

1/2 onion powder

1/2 garlic

Mix product and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Scoop out each layer by placing them on a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Line each roll and then place product flat with a spoon making the perfect biscuit size.

Big at 355 for 20 minutes at most and than enjoy.
