Gravy Yard

I prefer the graveyard shift, because everyone is at work while I’m out, taking care of and handling business. I can go to the doctors, shopping, parent, teacher, conferences, if need be. I can do things during my graveyard shift that others have to schedule time off to do.

Now that my last child is off to college, I can still work my graveyard shift and be free and clear of responsibilities, other than myself, and to sure that my needs are met now more than ever. I have the whole day to myself.
